Manchester United earned a valuable 1-0 victory away at Everton courtesy of Nemanja Vidic's header off Nani's corner. Ronaldo returned after serving out his suspension a month ago and it would have been a welcome change for him after drawing 3 crucial Euro 08 qualifiers for Portugal.
